When I started my self-improvement journey(it took me a lot actually to even get up from my bed), I struggled to find a platform that resonated with me and offered the support I needed. There were countless websites and apps, but none provided the sense of community and personal connection I craved. That’s why I decided to start this newsletter - to create a space where you can freely seek support and connect with like-minded individuals. As a human being, we all experience fear and it is totally okay. But it is not okay to continue living our life with this fear. So I decided to do some researches on internet and fond out perfect way to overcome out fears

  1. Recognize fear Acknowledge your fears. Like anxiety, fears love dubious, unclear situations.
  2. Visualization of fear Write down all your fears on paper. As you write, the fears will begin to dissolve little by little and will no longer seem so big and scary
  3. Argumentation of fear Write an argument opposite each fear. ”I am afraid of A because B”
  4. Preparing a counterargument For each fear argument, create a counterargument and act against it. For example, if you are afraid of getting lost in a new city, study the map and main routes in advance
  5. Build a goal of small victories Overcome fears gradually by taking small steps. It’s like the technique of “how to eat a big elephant” - break down large and complex tasks into smaller ones

With this simple algorithm you can overcome certain fears. But if you are too lazy,to do it,you can go towards your fear until you get used to it. For example you want to start content creation and post videos on social media,but you are really afraid of how people will think about you. Do it. Go to a public place and record yourself,talking random stuff on the camera. Yes people will look at you. Yes people will say that it is weird. And blah and blah. But once you get used to those stares and opinions of people,you will realize that those people doesn’t play huge role in your life. And it works with every other fear.
