How can I blame the rain for the mess it made,if it was me who opened the window?

When I started my self-improvement journey(it took me a lot actually to even get up from my bed), I struggled to find a platform that resonated with me and offered the support I needed. There were countless websites and apps, but none provided the sense of community and personal connection I craved. That’s why I decided to start this newsletter - to create a space where you can freely seek support and connect with like-minded individuals. You can reach out to me anytime, and I’ll do my best to provide the guidance and encouragement you need.

Sometimes, we let things into our lives that we know will bring chaos. Maybe it’s a relationship we know isn’t good for us, a job that drains our energy, or a habit that holds us back. Take relationships, for example. You know deep down that person isn’t right for you, yet you still respond to their messages, hoping they’ve changed. But the outcome? It’s the same old story, no new results.

The truth is, we can’t control the storm. Life will always throw challenges and obstacles our way, things beyond our control. But here’s the key: we do have a say in whether or not we let that storm into our lives. Let’s be honest—we’re all aware of the situations and relationships that play out in our lives. And even though we hold the power to change them, we sometimes choose to suffer, hoping for a different outcome.

This isn’t about blaming yourself for every storm that passes through. It’s about recognizing when you’ve allowed chaos into your life and taking responsibility for it. It’s about deciding not to let that chaos in again.

At some point, you have to realize how good life can be once you start doing what you need to do to level up. You know you need to quit that bad habit. You know you need to block that person. You know what steps you need to take to achieve success. The only thing holding you back is yourself—your constant overthinking, playing the victim, and making excuses. You have the power to choose your path, and deep down, you already know the exact step you need to take right now. It’s time to take it.
