Three days in one

Future Successors Community

When I started my self-improvement journey(it took me a lot actually to even get up from my bed), I struggled to find a platform that resonated with me and offered the support I needed. There were countless websites and apps, but none provided the sense of community and personal connection I craved. That’s why I decided to start this newsletter - to create a space where you can freely seek support and connect with like-minded individuals. You can reach out to me anytime, and I’ll do my best to provide the guidance and encouragement you need.

Lately, I’ve been feeling overwhelmed by my daily routine, so I decided to do some research to find a better way to manage my time. What I fond was a brilliant routine template called “Three Days in One.” Let me explain how it works and how it can transform your productivity.

5am - 12pm: Creative Power Hours

The first part of the day, from 5am to 12pm, is for creative tasks. Mornings are when your mind is freshest and most creative, so this is the ideal time to focus on high-priority projects. Whether you’re working on designing a website, writing a course, or etc., use these hours to concentrate on tasks that require your best mental energy.

12pm - 5pm: Administrative and Social Tasks

The second part of the day, from 12pm to 5pm, is reserved for administrative tasks and social interactions. This is the time to schedule meetings, answer emails, and text clients or friends or basically a work. Since these activities tend to drain your social energy, it’s best to handle them after your peak creative hours. So,you will not get too exhausted for the entire day.

5pm - 9pm: Knowledge and Learning

The final part of your day, from 5pm to 9pm, is for learning and self-improvement. Use this time to listen to audiobooks, watch educational videos, or work on a course and many more.

However, feel free to adjust it based on your personal productivity patterns. For instance, if you find that you’re more creative in the evening and learn better in the morning, you can switch the creative and learning blocks to suit your natural rhythms. Although I don’t recommend changing the second one.

Thank you,
